Beth Gibbon
Law Clerk
At the age of 5 Beth was enrolled in a Spanish Dual Immersion Program at a Title IX school in Salt Lake City, and has not stopped studying the language since! Through her degrees in Spanish and Latin American Studies she became involved in various immigration clinics and organizations. She has interned at Comunidades Unidas, and volunteered at the Pro-Bono Initiative with the University of Utah as well as the No Más Foundation. With these experiences Beth had the opportunity to hear countless immigrant stories and was inspired to do more. Beth is eager to serve the immigrant community of Utah and help them navigate this complicated legal system.
